The timescale depends on the website project, we do aim to have all websites completed within a 2 week period and to date we have yet to fail this deadline!
- Will we need to have a meeting in connection with the website design?
A meeting is not needed in most cases, we have effectively developed websites for our clients using email and phone to communicate.
- Once my website design is completed what aftersales service do you offer?
We offer ongoing support in using your new website and their features, should you encounter a problem we are always available to help you.
- Do you offer hosting packages?
Yes! We offer all our clients hosting with their websites, if you have already got a hosting package and wish to keep that package you are more than welcome to.
- Will my website design be Search Engine friendly?
Yes! Our websites are always built with search engines in mind in case you do want to do Search Engine Optimisation, this will make your job easier!
- Do your websites come with a content manager?
Yes, all our websites now come standard with a content management system, this will allow you to edit your website online via an admin system.
- Am I required to know HMTL or any other program language to update the website?
No, you do not need to know HTML or any other program language to update your website, you can update your website using plain text.
- Are there any hidden costs?
No! All our costs are presented upfront, if there are any extra costs they are laid out in front of you and not tucked away in the drawer waiting for us to spring it on you!
